Shopping and Ordering
- First, thanks for considering our product. We're sure you won't be disappointed. We provide a secure and private shopping experience, using 256-bit SSL encryption for all orders. You may purchase as a Guest or Register during your purchase. We do not store your credit card information.
How to Order
- To order, visit the product page for the product you want to order, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. For bottles, you must select a bottle size first before adding to cart. Once you are ready to purchase, click on Checkout to order via our secure gateway.
- We provide PayPal or direct ordering via Credit or Debit Card using a secure gateway. Using one method versus the other does not affect pricing in any way and is your personal choice.
Getting Order Status
- You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped. You can also login to your My Account section. In your Account Dashboard, you will see a list of Recent Orders. Click on View Order to see more information.
Secure Shopping Guarantee
- In order to protect your security, we have opted to have all payments processed via Secure Sites with either PayPal or through a Secure Checkout Gateway. TopVet is a verified seller on both services, meaning that we are a legitimate enterprise guaranteeing the quality of our products and your purchases. We also use maximum security 256-bit AES SSL encryption when logging in, passing information to PayPal or the Checkout Gateway and managing your account.
Shipping and Delivery
- Free shipping will be applied to all orders shipped to the domestic US. Orders to Canada ship for $19.95 for any size order. For other International locations, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
- For questions about your order or information regarding the status of your package please call our customer service line (877) 992-7425 or email us at email@example.com.
- If, after using Splash Shampoo® for 30 days, you're not 100% satisfied, we will refund of the full purchase price, including shipping and handling.
30-Day No Hassle Return
- We're confident in the efficacy of our products, and we invite you to try Splash products for 30 days with no risk. If you're not 100% satisfied, simply contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of arrival, and we'll send you a shipping return label. Once we receive the returned product, you will be refunded within 48 business hours. We will send you an e-mail once the refund is issued. Processing time may vary based on PayPal or your credit card processor, and could be up to 3 days after the refund is issued from our website.
- We are headquartered in Dallas, Texas so we need to charge tax to any orders shipped in Texas.
Managing Your Account Information
Creating an Account
- Creating an Account is easy. Go to the My Account section in the top right corner. Before purchasing you will enter your first/last name, and your e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be used for your login. You can also choose to register while you make your first purchase. After you go through your initial purchase, we will collect your billing and shipping address. We do not store your credit card information.
Managing Your Account
- From the My Account section, you have several sections:
- Account Dashboard: view recent orders, view and edit account information (name, email and addresses), and edit your newsletter subscriptions
- Account Information: view and edit your name, email and address information
- Address Book: manage your different shipping addresses, add additional addresses for future use
- My Orders: view your order history and one-click re-order similar carts
- My Product Reviews: manage your product reviews
- My Tags: manage your product tags
- Newsletter Subscriptions: manage your subscription to the VetSplash® newsletter
- My Wishlist: manage your wishlist, move items from wishlist into your cart, email your wishlist to friends & family
View Prior Orders
- Login to your My Account secion using this link or the link on the upper portion of this page. From there you will see a list of Recent Orders. On the left menu from the My Account section, you can also click on My Orders to review a full list of past orders.
Resetting Your Password
- Click on the Forgot Password link to retrieve your password. You will need to enter the e-mail address associated with your account.
Coupons and Promotional Codes
Using Coupons or Promotional Code
- You may periodically receive a coupon or promotional code via our newsletter or some other means. To enter the code from the Shopping Cart view, enter the coupon code and click Apply Coupon in the middle column below the listing of products in your cart:
